Auburn Hills, Mich., April 3, 2025 Atlas Holdings and Guardian Industries signed an agreement in October for an affiliate of Atlas Holdings to acquire SRG Global, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of integrated and functional decorative trim systems for the automotive, mobility, and commercial truck industries. The transaction is now complete after customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.

Troy, Mich., October 17, 2024 Atlas Holdings and Guardian Industries have signed an agreement for an affiliate of Atlas Holdings to acquire SRG Global, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of integrated and functional decorative trim systems for the automotive, mobility, and commercial truck industries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is anticipated to close by early 2025, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.
